12.04 Local News?!

We found this little snippet in the free local paper here. No doubt that Meridian and South East Today went mad on it! If it was a news item here they would have included the words 'bloody idiot' or a 'hoon' for the person responsible, with 'police are also looking into whether drink may have been involved'. Think yourselves lucky for the unique way the bbc is funded, we've seen the other way and its crap!!
